Coconut Curry Kale
1 bunch of kale, chopped
water to steam
½ cup coconut milk
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
2 cloves garlic, chopped
pinch of asafoetida/ hing
1/8 teaspoon ajwan seeds
tamari and cayenne to taste

  • In a medium pot, cook greens and just enough water to steam, until bright green.
  • Add rest of ingredients, and season to taste.
